API Group Inc., parent company to more than 40 independently managed fire protection, industrial and specialty construction companies throughout North America and the United Kingdom, has selected ADEACA ONE to standardize the entire organization on one business system to support the company’s growth.
Throughout its history, the local offices of APi Group choose their own technology systems, making it difficult for the company’s business leaders to collect, analyze and use the massive amounts of data flowing into the organization every day.
Because project tracking details and financial data were spread across multiple companies and systems, it was extremely challenging for APi Group’s executives to have a good understanding of the business.
