How to Evaluate PBA for Your Business

Getting to know Project Business Automation (PBA) and evaluating it for your business is straightforward. We have developed a simple and standardized process to make it easy for you to understand PBA and evaluate it for your business.

There are 3 main steps in the PBA evaluation process:

1. PBA Fit Assessment

First, take our online PBA Fit Assessment. This is a simple survey designed to evaluate your company as a candidate for Project Business Automation. The system will automatically inform you if your company looks like a good fit based on your company and project profile information.

If you are, then you can also find out exactly where PBA will add the most value for you based on your current challenges.

Then you will be given the option to schedule a 1-on-1 meeting with one of our managers to discuss your profile and move onto the next step.

Get started here. It should only take a few minutes to find out if you are a fit.

2. PBA Introduction

Based on your PBA fit profile, we will provide a tailored introduction to PBA. This is a presentation-style overview of the solution to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the system’s capabilities and how it can deliver value to your business.

PBA is not like other systems and many of the capabilities it includes and enhances are typically part of other systems and tools. There are also completely new innovations that no other system has. Therefore, this presentation is essential for conveying the overall comprehensiveness of the solution, helping with comprehension and expectations going forward.

3. Discovery

The third step is Discovery. This is where we learn more about you and you learn more about PBA. We will engage with your project leaders to understand your business processes better. At the same time, we will conduct a live walkthrough of the PBA system. This will be an interactive discussion with a small team. We discuss your needs in more detail and attempt to relate them directly to how things are managed in PBA.

This interactive format ensures a deep understanding of the product that focuses on your needs while allowing flexibility as the discussion progresses.

Review your needs and Pre-Study Workshop

If after Discovery you have evaluated PBA fully and would like a customized licensing and implementation proposal, we can provide one. However, if you feel you need to dive deeper into some of the functionality to ensure it works for your business, we offer a Pre-Study Workshop.

This workshop is a series of interactive working sessions covering critical topics to gain complete confidence in your decision on Adeaca PBA without having to invest in the full product and implementation. This could be anywhere from 10 to 20 hours or more of workshops to make sure a common understanding is reached on your critical items as to how Adeaca PBA will address your specific challenges.

This Pre-Study Workshop is designed as a decision-making tool to help you make a well-informed conclusion in selecting Adeaca PBA.

To get started evaluating PBA for your company, take our PBA Fit Assessment now.
